IRONING BOARD TV TABLE

I don't remember where I saw the project for this on webland, but I've found it several places.  Luckily, the very next day, I was at a Goodwill store and found 2 wooden tv tables for sale.  Who could turn down a $5.00 price on each of them?   I got one and my sister got one, after I talked my husband into doing the stapeling part of the project.  There is a layer of batting and insulbrite in there also.  Keepyour eye out on curbsides too!  I found 4 more in a set sitting for the trash.  FREE!
They are, of course, waiting in the basement for their turn to be turned into quilting ironing boards.

OOH! I LIKE IT!

Hellllooo everyone!  Just trying to play around with my background.  I figured that if my title was Quilt Dreaming that I had better put up some kind of quilty looking background.  What was I thinking?  Haha.
Now, to try to work on downloading more photos of quilts I have made over the past 16 years or so.
The quilt photo on the top is a quilt I made my sister.  It's a 4 Patch Posie pattern and I love how it turned out.
And, it's off to a new day ~~

A FINISH!

The Challenge Quilt due for mid July ---- is finished!!  I don't think that in 16 years of quilting I have ever finished that early.  Unfortunately I can't post photos of it until after the challenge is revealed.

Now I am in the middle of making a baby quilt for my DH's niece who is due at the end of August.  I think I have plenty of time but want it finished this month.

I have so many projects to make during the summer when I am off work and I am on a roll.  :))

Well, tada!  Need to throw some food in my mouth so I can continue free motion quilting for the baby.

ATTITUDES

I am trying to not let others control how I feel about the day.  I was reminded, when I stepped outside this sunny morning, of the beauty among the thorns and weeds.  Just like in life.

I now move on.

I have several projects to share with you.

First is the Winter Snowfriends flannel quilt.

Fun Dresden Flowers

Yes, those are my clothes hanging on the lines.  It's the only place I could get the colors of the flowers to come out and I wasn't about to take down all those clothes.  We all have days like that where we just have other chores to do amongst our quilting adventures.  So now, off to work on my 10 Minute Block quilt.  It's almost finished and if I can keep it together (my mind), you'll get to see it sooner rather than later!
